From
2004 through 2007, Norman Zalkind, Elizabeth Lunt, David
Duncan, and Inga Bernstein were designated "Super
Lawyers" by Boston Magazine. In addition, the magazine
named Norman Zalkind as one of the 100 best lawyers
in Massachusetts in 2006. Elizabeth Lunt was also named
among the best fifty women lawyers of Massachusetts
in 2004,2006 and 2007, and Inga Bernstein was awarded
the same honor in 2004.
In 2007 and 2008, Norman Zalkind, David
Duncan and Inga Bernstein were listed in the Best Lawyers
in America publication. Norman Zalkind and David Duncan
have been listed for white collar and non-white collar
criminal defense, and Inga Bernstein was listed for
labor and employment law. This is Norman Zalkind's eleventh
consecutive year appearing in Best Lawyers in America.
In 2005, Will Van Lonkhuyzen was named
as an "up and coming" lawyer by Boston Magazine.
Inga Bernstein was also named as an "up and coming"
lawyer by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly in 2003.
In 1995, Norman Zalkind received an
award from the Massachusetts Association of Criminal
Defense Lawyers for extraordinary commitment to protecting
the rights and liberty of those who stand criminally
accused.
Norman Zalkind was listed as "Outstanding"
in the National Directory of Criminal Defense Lawyers
from 1983 through 1993, when the rating stopped.
In 1989, the National Association of
Criminal Defense Lawyers awarded Norman Zalkind its
Champion of Liberty Award for Integrity, Fortitude and
Ethical Ideals.
