
Ms. Pastorok practices criminal defense
and civil litigation. She represents clients in state
and federal court and before administrative agencies.
She has negotiated many favorable settlements in employment,
personal injury, and divorce cases on behalf of her
clients. Ms. Pastorok served as co-counsel with Inga
Bernstein in a three-week
federal trial concerning employment discrimination,
sexual harassment and retaliation in which they won
a multi-million dollar award for their client.
Ms. Pastorok was co-Editor-in-Chief of the Annual Survey
of American Law at New York University School of Law
where she was awarded the Arthur T. Vanderbilt Medal.
Before joining the firm, she practiced corporate and
business law for many years, and worked as a mediator,
president of a not-for-profit organization, and a teacher.
